Second step before building a padel court

What is involved in creating a slab before laying the padel court?
Creating a slab for a padel court requires careful planning and precise execution..
Here are the general steps you could follow to achieve this:

Installation
The first step is to install formwork and electrical sheathing, as well as the appropriate reinforcement, such as threaded footings or chain-link for the structural anchoring zones, and welded wire mesh for play areas.

Slab pouring
The slab is poured in a single operation to ensure maximum cohesion, and finished in the same way as an industrial slab with a fine float finish (helicopter).

Removal and drying
The final stage involves removing the formwork and sawing the slab to install the 5 by 5 square expansion joints. After this stage, the DTU stipulates a drying time of 21 days before the ground is laid.
By carefully following these steps, we ensure that you comply with current standards and regulations, and that we produce a high-quality padel court tile that is ideal for playing this exciting sport.
